Description: Solution Architect The Office of Information Technology Application Development department is seeking a Solution Architect to provide short term leadership for our Custom Solutions team. The position will be expected to perform basic solution architecture in our Ruby on Rails applications as well as providing coaching and feedback on maturing technical practices such as CI/CD, TDD pair programming, etc. The focus for this resource will be less on technical execution and more on coaching and mentoring the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to multi-task and the desire to grow resources.
