Role - Business Analyst (Banking/ Payments / ACH Payments ) Onsite- Jersey City , NJ/ Plano, TX Knowledge of customer facing documentation which include API specifications, error codes, ease of use guide, limits, controls, restriction of use, regulatory obligations, repair obligations, service terms, SLAs, etc knowledge of uplevelling the documents so clients can self serve, setting up expectations with atmost detail ahead of service Use. Interviewing stakeholders, consume existing documentation and uplevelling No hand holding, able to get guidance from the team and produce the deliverables The person will have to help them do some demos, POCs, pilots like test things. One person has to be for a very senior role. He would need to hold a conversation with EDs, MDs and needs to have some domain knowledge, needs to have the ability to do some research analysis of competing products and come up with various innovative ways of doing the same thing. The person should be API. It'll be good if the person can understand like swagger documentation and figure out what is better. The 2nd person can be like doer Junior. He should be actually a system analyst, who can look at the APIs and document the APIs. So, which essentially means that person also needs to know API documentation and things of that nature. And needs to have done it once before. So if it's a random business analyst, they may not be able to do it. It needs a technical product owner or a senior business systems analyst who has excellent writing skills.
