Job Responsibilities: Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts Advise as to the long-term impacts of a proposed solution with respect to maintenance and ability to accept upgrades Make recommendations regarding configuration and development decisions on the ServiceNow platform that balance risk with required functionality Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution in the ServiceNow platform Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for the supported area Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 8+ years experience required At least 3 years experience development experience in the ServiceNow platform Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC The ideal candidate should have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations of the ServiceNow GRC application Top Skills' Details: 5 Years of Experience with ServiceNow 2 years as a lead Exp with JavaScript Advise on long term impacts Decompose highly complex reqs Maintenance & ability to do upgrades Identify industry best practices What do we need to test On Paris 4 (Paris is fine) Integration SN has a product called MidServer (it allows SN to communicate with FINRAs internal services securely Experience completing at least 2 end-to-end implementations of the ServiceNow GRC application Great personal skills and exp working in an agile environment.
