Deep experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace, deployment, and management solutions including: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Mobility and Security, Microsoft Defender SharePoint and OneDrive Microsoft Teams Testing and large-scale global deployment of Windows 10 & 11 releases (additionally Windows 7 would be advantageous) Microsoft Endpoint Manager (including SCCM and Intune) Windows Autopilot Always on VPN (AOVPN) VDI Solutions (Azure VDI, Windows365, Citrix) Proven ability to propose, design and implement new End User Services or Collaboration Tools into a large Enterprise. Experience of creating technology roadmaps based on strategy inputs. Ability to conduct requirements analysis and create detailed engineering solution designs using Visio. Experience in providing engineering expertise to Operations teams in support of incidents and request resolution. Ability to create low level implementation and build documentation. Experience of conducting Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.
