Involve in program management activities status reporting, budget forecasting, task allocation for resources in the clarity. Manage and co-ordinate the monthly BAU technology releases end to end with different technology teams and stakeholders & Business Users. Possess excellent leadership qualities and successfully implemented all the project releases without any issues by co -coordinating and managing it very efficiently. Manage and executed projects for Enterprise Risk & Compliance division Extensive experience in gathering requirements for migrating mission critical applications using various requirement gathering techniques such as expert interviews and brainstorming. Heavily involve in project scope and stakeholder analysis, identification and communication for various projects/programs. Result oriented and delivered cost effective performance solutions to meet challenging business demands. Extensive hands-on experience to lead multiple projects including teams across multiple geographical locations. Assisted in resource planning and forecasting process and project estimation and scope analysis and project schedule maintaining and tracking \\ Excellent Communicator: Leverage Technical, business and functional details to communicate effectively within different team members across various geographical locations. Possess good influencing skills, negotiation skills and Mentoring skills.
