Role: Marketo Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA- Onsite Duration: Contract to Hire (Initial 6 Months Contract) Mode: Video Job Title: Accountable for driving complex programs and projects that are assigned to the Marketing portfolio from concept commit through to delivery (production release). Accountable for running multiple scrum teams as needed to support the marketing applications portfolio. Develop deep relationships with program stakeholders to understand their needs, business objectives and priorities as it relates to the program. Track, identify, and resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and deliverables across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout Ensure that program status is adjusted as needed in a timely manner and communicated to all program stakeholders. Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates Maintain a big picture perspective, linking Adobe strategic direction/roadmap to program execution Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communications Determine resource requirements for the program in partnership with Service Owners and drive the process to secure funding and resources What you need to succeed 15 years' experience as a project manager, program manager or scrum master in a software (mobile, desktop, services) or related technology industry Experience in successfully managing multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resources to support the end-to-end transformation of Adobes business processes. Experience working on projects that support Marketing business groups or stakeholders. Experience working with Marketing Automation Tools is a plus. Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall You have high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you navigate differences of opinion across teams during project implementation. A self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges, relentlessly clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving in a collaborative and consensus driven culture Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time sensitive ambiguous situations with minimum guidance Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals.
