Position: Risk and Compliance Analyst Location: Phoenix ,AZ (HYBRI D ) Duration: 12 Months HYBRID MODEL NO OPT NEED PP NUMBER or RECENT i94 JOB DESCRIPTION: Documenting Financial Crimes and Compliance business processes and requirements Document workflows within each functional (CDD/EDD, AML Investigations, Screening) area Identify data elements to support each of the investigations / alerts / workflow. Review and understand all applicable laws, regulations and policies. Characterize the to-be process environment. Identify gaps between As is and To Be and recommend options / changes. Document dependencies Support execution of change management activities to include development of a change management strategy. Identify all impacted stakeholders and users and implement a communications plan for all concerned. Create a stakeholder plan to increase engagement. Develop a coaching plan for all identified stakeholders. Assess change management risks and propose mitigation strategies to ease transition to a new environment. Required Qualifications: At least five (5) years technical writing experience with Process Improvement on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Experience is to include, within the past five (5) years, three (3) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
