Interview: 2 rounds, video with proof of identity required. Duration: 12+ months The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - 5+ years of Front End development experience using React. - Experience working on a Point of Sale platform for a tier 1 grocer. The individual in this role will be contributing to the effort of building out a front end user interface for self-checkouts, staffed lanes, and an interfacing team member mobile application. - Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance on React best practices and assist with technical design for Front End components. - Experience in building event driven system and integrating with messaging systems preferably Kafka. - Willing to work in an agile team environment and collaborate within a cross-functional team. Insurance Requirements: Subcompany agrees to supply the following data: Copy of Subcompanys Certificate of Insurance (sample attached) showing the following policies/information, written by an insurance company with an AM Best rating of A- or better: Commercial General Liability minimum $5,000,000 aggregate, $3,000,000 per occurrence ($5,000,000 per occurrence for all own brand, control brand and manufacturing goods), including coverages for premises/operations, products/completed operations, independent contractors, property damage, personal/advertising injury, and contractual liability. The CGL Policy may not include any exclusions or endorsements that limit coverage for claims from incidents that limit coverage for claims from incidents that are also covered by workers compensation or employers liability insurance. OtterBase, Client, and their subsidiaries must be named as additional insureds on an endorsement that extends coverage to contractual liability and products liability. CGL Policy may be maintained by a combination of Subcompanys base policy in an amount no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and an umbrella or excess policy, provided that such umbrella or excess policy meets all the requirements of Section 4. Auto Liability coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles with a combined single limit not less than $1,000,000. Workers Compensation (including an alternate employer endorsement) - statutory coverage as required by the state where subcontractor will physically work and $500,000 minimum for each category - employer liability accident, employer liability disease, and per occurrence. This is an OtterBase and Client requirement, confirmed required in monopolistic states, as well. No proprietor, partner, executive officer/member may be excluded from workers compensation coverage, unless the excluded individual(s) will not be performing services for OtterBase Clients. Errors & Omissions or Professional Liability - minimum $5,000,000 aggregate, $5,000,000 per occurrence. OtterBase, Client, and their subsidiaries must be named as additional insureds of this policy. Cyber Liability - minimum $3,000,000 aggregate, $3,000,000 per occurrence. Crime Liability (or alternate coverage) to protect against OtterBases and OtterBase Clients losses and damages arising from dishonest acts, theft, or destruction of property (including data), by Subcompanys employees, Contractors or agents having access to the property, systems, facilities, and other assets of OtterBase Clients - minimum $1,000,000 aggregate, $1,000,000 per occurrence. If Subcompany will perform environmental services of any kind, Environmental Impairment/Pollution Liability coverage with limits not less than $3,000,000. A claims made policy is acceptable. If Subcompany will be providing intellectual property to Client or utilizing intellectual property on Clients behalf, Media Insurance, in an amount not less than $5,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate, covering copyright and trademark infringement. If Subcompany has received written authorization allowing Subcontractor to perform work outside of the United States the following additional policy requirements are required: Workers Compensation for country/territory in which work will be performed (International/Foreign Liability could also include Workers Compensation). Privacy and Network Security, or Crime, or Errors & Omissions (technical errors, media liability, internet liability/network protection, cyber liability, or failsafe technology), or Technology Professional Liability including the country/territory in which work will be performed. Coverage for Crime that includes theft and electronic equipment/computers.
