Position: 100% Remote Cloud(AWS) Infrastructure Security Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 months Job Description: ****AWS Certified Security Specialty **** certification a requirement. Responsibilities: 1. Must have 5 + Implementing cloud security strategy SME inclusive of standards, procedures, best practices. Must be familiar with both cloud native tools and 3rd party security controls for AWS and other providers (AZURE, GCP). Must be knowable with security controls around cloud access, containerization, and server less technology. Contribute to a secure/compliant cloud-native service catalog, repositories. 2. Should have prior experience architecting and implementing processes and technical controls supporting cloud security standards including integration of cloud services and workloads into corporate cybersecurity services. 3. Create the deployment & adoption of authentication and authorization reference architectures for securing cloud infrastructure. 4. Educate peers on applying the latest cloud native security approaches when developing new services, systems and applications. 5. Contribute to a secure/compliant cloud-native service catalog, repositories Preferred qualifications & experience: Compliance Automation Strong experience in implementing CIS, NIST & other benchmarks Encryption theory & key management (PKI) Multi-Cloud security experience working in the Financial industry Proficient in analyzing architecture patterns, diagrams, Network & application architecture Ability to identify threat surfaces & identify pro-active & reactive security controls to minimize the overall residual risk. Cloud certifications in AWS is preferred.
