Position: Principal Linux Architect-Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6 + months Job Description: Linux Systems Engineer;Enterprise Cloud OS Migration Position Overview: aws environment Candidates will be involved in re-platforming hardware, and upgrading existing Operating Systems. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Identify and document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. Must have following skill-sets: 5-10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, quick-learner not requiring much supervision. Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and Unix Operating Systems Must have experience in Microsoft IIS along with Tomcat Experience with database management software, such as MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. Strong Scripting and Automation experience Strong knowledge of .NET Framework Terraform Test Framework Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
