Position: SAP CO Analyst Location: REMOTE (Once in 6 months theyll have to be onsite for Meetings.) Duration: 12+ Months NEED GC or USC JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Project Collaboration: Collaborate with different cross-functional teams within SAP to complete large production enhancement projects. Support and Maintenance: Assist in addressing break/fix tickets and inquiries related to SAP areas such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project Systems (PS), and Results. Complex Issue Resolution: Handle complex SAP Controlling-related questions, including analyzing pegging errors and unsettled costs at month-end. Collaboration with Other Teams: Work with SAP Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Project Management Groups to manage and document digital technology solutions. System Operation Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to the global SAP landscape's system operations. Education & Experience Requirements: Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience. In the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience. Required Skills: Experience in Digital Technology (DT) or SAP, specifically in CO (Controlling) and Project Systems. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical communication. Willingness to travel up to 10% following company policy. Skills Valued: Experience in full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations in CO and PS modules. Configuration expertise in areas such as Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems, Results Analysis, RAR, and GPD. Background in production support and strong knowledge of financial accounting, cost management, and the Aerospace and Defense industry. Additional configuration experience in SAP CO/PS modules and handling production support issues is considered a plus. This role seems to require a blend of technical skills related to SAP modules, strong communication abilities, a customer-oriented mindset, and an aptitude for collaboration and problem-solving. It's a role that involves not only technical expertise but also an understanding of the specific industry context.
