Maintaining and sustaining a highly automated server OS patching processes. Participating in follow the Sun support for global infrastructure servers. Developing and promoting standard operating procedures. Conducting audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Being available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends as well as being on call for at least one week every other month. Understanding of Active Directory, Centrify, OKTA, or authentication technologies. Maintain patch compliance requirements of Client's internal change management system. Setup, configuration, and problem diagnostics of server hardware including RAID, mirrored disks, and SAN/NetApp. Conducting audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Being available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends as well as participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 5 years experience with Windows/Unix operating systems Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 with direct experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem solving for hardware, software, and OS. Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS Understand and able to utilize scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Python, Bash/Korn, and any other scripting languages. Experience with AWS/Azure/VMware Cloud platforms. Experience with monitoring tools and requirements for servers.
