Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates AI Specialist / Developer Job Location: Charlotte,NC NO H1B, TN AI Specialist / Developer Job Description: Responsibilities: Research and evaluate AI models suitable for text-based tasks and natural language understanding. Set up the chosen AI model environment, including API access and authentication. Annotate data for supervised fine-tuning to improve the AI model's understanding of domain-specific language. Fine-tune the AI model using preprocessed data to enhance its accuracy and relevance. Regularly monitor the AI model's performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance the AI model's ability to generate relevant and context-aware responses. Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and structure data for training purposes. Provide guidance on data annotation and labeling for optimal model performance. Work closely with cloud experts and software engineers to integrate the AI model with cloud APIs for solution generation. Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning to propose innovative solutions and techniques. Create and maintain documentation related to AI model setup, training methodologies, and integration processes. Address technical challenges related to AI model behavior, responses, and integration within the application. Qualifications:** Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. 10+ years of proven experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models, especially in natural language understanding. Strong understanding of NLP techniques, algorithms, and tools. Experience with AI model evaluation and benchmarking. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and model development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and APIs for seamless integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex AI-related issues. Preferred: Knowledge of chatbot development and conversational AI. Experience working on large-scale AI projects with practical deployment. Experience with cloud service integration, especially with AWS or GCP.
