Please find the below requirement interested candidates can share resumes to [email protected] Responsibilities: -> Develop custom applications, modules, and components within the ServiceNow platform using scoped development methodology. -> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow. -> Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and interfaces to meet business needs. -> Create and maintain application documentation, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides. -> Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. -> Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using web services, APIs, and other integration methods. -> Implement and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including version control, code reviews, and adherence to development standards. -> Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. -> Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities, and assess their applicability to the organization's needs. -> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and other developers, to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Requirements: -> Solid experience in ServiceNow application development, including Scoped Application development. -> Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset Management, CMDB, Request Management, Contract/vendor management, etc. -> Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs. -> Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization. -> Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -> Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. -> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable.
