The role requires to design and develop programs & automations scripts that conduct automated tests for the applications. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and run test automation scripts Prepare reports and analysis Collaborate with Software Developers and QA Analysts Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Drive quality and assist in the implementation of company automated test frameworks and solutions within assigned agile team. Mandatory Skills- Looking for candidates who have 5+ years with in-depth experience on automation testing in agile environment. Expertise in Selenium web driver automation framework Experience with REST API testing automation Strong understanding of Core JAVA and OO Concepts Experience in Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA Experience in coordinating with the development team on Defects Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in version control systems such as GitHub/Gitlab Experience of executing projects in Agile using continuous / continuous deployment Experience working with RDBMS like Oracle/ MS SQL Excellent communication skills and a degree of technical leadership skills Preferred Skills not Mandatory- Experience with Healthcare/ Health Plan Projects Familiar to any NoSQL is a big plus, preferred MongoDB Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
