Resource should have minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in Manual testing with ALM (Recent projects) Resource should have good understanding of ALM/Jira and Defect tracking methodologies Resource should have good understanding of testing methodologies Resource having Sales Force marketing experience is advantage or at least resource should have good understanding of communication like SMS/Email on Salesforce Marketing cloud. Resource should have good oral/Written communication Skill.
