Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence Experience supporting full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform, including the following: Deploying new physical and virtual DataPower appliances Firmware updates Migrating between form factors Managing certificates and related objects Troubleshooting configuration and operational issues Nice to haves: Automation capability using , python, ansible, or similar. 3+ years of experience with Linux CLI, experience parsing through log files to troubleshoot issues. Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools.
