Hand own PO experience (Grooming, Running All Agile evens). More than a coordinator/contributor or but a do-it-yourself performer and able to drive team with him/her 2. Heavily data centric : lot of data analysis and understanding impact of data structure changes on upstream and downstream systems 3. Tech centric : Its all backend (Couchbase, Oracle), API Integrations, Realtime messaging platforms (Kafka and Amex owned) but also require PO to able to relate how this data will be used 4. Product Dependencies : Many product dependencies (within Agile Train and outside Train) within sprint and PI 5. Knowledge on GDS (Global Distribution System) and NDC ( New Distribution Capability) 6. Ready to ramp up with domain, production, functions and tech stack quickly 7.
