Years of experience needed 2 to 5 years of experience each in Salesforce and Code Data Management solutions Technical Skills: Salesforce development experience of 2-5 years Design and Development experience of 2-5 years in Core Data Management solutions Atleast 1 year of direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with a leading MDM platform Good to have 5-10 years direct experience in Data, Database and ETL development, support and operations with emphasis on Data quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Communication and presentation skills Experience working with source control systems such as Git. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum. Nice to have Experience in distributed computing and parallel processing environments. Additional Comments : The Salesforce Ascent program requires the assistance of a Salesforce-knowledgeable consultant to help us make informed decisions regarding our Account Hierarchy and related data model in our Salesforce Org. We have an existing Core Data Management (CDM) (aka, MDM) system integrated with Salesforce where we manage the core data prior to sending it to Salesforce, but we are having difficulty knowing how to make the right long-term decisions within Salesforce for handling the hierarchy and data for Accounts, Points of Sale, etc. without fully duplicating the CDM structure within Salesforce. We need someone with excellent business analysis skills who can quickly come up to speed on our global business requirements and use cases and work with our solutions and technical architects to design a functional architecture that will serve us now and into the future, across all modules and capabilities we build in Salesforce.
