Requirements : Manage internal NACD resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Ensure that all projects assigned are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize risks to delivery Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Work with business partners and lead cross-functional project teams to understand and define project objectives and requirements to ensures delivery of IT investment outcomes Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document processes. Meet with stakeholders to clarify and document specific requirements and activities of each project.
