SAP skills with ATTP 2. TraceLink and SAP ICH 3. Supply Chain knowledge Role: Support the IT Sr. Systems Analyst on Serialization and other operations to comply to the DSCSA 2023 requirements. Level 1 support of serialization related production issue. Responsibilities: Provide level 1 support on serialization issues in production, be able to perform the initial analysis and triage the issues to corresponding teams for resolution, or escalate issue for the next level support. Manage the incident in ServiceNow or external ticketing system. Coordinate the onboarding activities with trading partners. Support DSCSA related projects and testing activities.
