Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to required teams. Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes. Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. Identifying technical problems and delivering fixes while adhering to Incident SLAs Monitoring System availability and take informed decisions. Responsibilities Provide Level 3 technical support. Build intelligence to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience. Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Networking, Security, application, and program management. Can train or cross-train and mentor team members. Required Technical skills and qualifications. Proficient in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows Experience working with AKS/Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Technologies such as Azure, app service plan and other services. Should have hands-on Experience and good understanding on Azure Networking, Azure DNS, Load Balancing and PAAS services like AKS/Kubernetes, Docker, key vaults, Azure Policies, APIM, APGW, WAF, Azure app service plan, Logic Apps Hands-on experience with any automation-centric scripting and/or tooling such as Ansible, Terraform and Code repositories Azure DevOps Responsible for writing / developing / maintaining Helm Charts for Kubernetes based deployments. Hands-on experience working on Unix/Linux operating systems, shell scripting and SQL Database. Good knowledge of Ruby or Python Hands-on experience working on PowerShell, should be able to create/debug PowerShell scripts. Should have experience on different logging tools Elasticsearch(preferable), Prometheus, Grafana Should have a good understanding of data pipelines, ADF (Azure Data Factory) and Azure Data Bricks, preferred experience with Stream sets. Work in an environment to manage and operationalize Confluent Kafka components (zookeepers, brokers, Control Centre, Rest proxies, Connect, replicators) in a multi data centre (on-premises and public cloud) environment. (Preferred) Problem-solving attitude and Collaborative team spirit Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert certification is a must.
