Job Description: As the Testing/Training Lead for our SAP projects, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the SAP testing team. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and ensure the quality and reliability of SAP modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in validating critical business processes and functionalities to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the SAP testing team in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align testing activities with project timelines and requirements. Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts to ensure critical business processes and functionalities are thoroughly validated. Manage test data creation, maintenance, and validation to simulate real-world scenarios and accurately assess system performance. Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency. Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team, promoting skill development and fostering a collaborative work environment. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
