Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with senior client executives and business partners Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Demonstrated success leading a team project structure; including possessing a variety of roles within those teams in an Agile environment. J2EE/Java development experience Experience in the Telecom industry is a MUST.
