Role: GCP Infra Engineer Location: Preferably in NJ, Alpharetta, Dallas Duration: Contract Job Description: SME in GCP & Kubernetes with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience. GKE, BQ, SQL, Non-SQL (Redis), DB s, GCE (Google compute engine) & GCS (Google Cloud Storage) Infrastructure automation expect IAC (Terraform) Network: Load balancer, VPC, Fire Walls, DNS Build out Kubernetes cluster. Provision any of the services by using IAC Troubleshooting any issues that may come up during deployment. Work with Development & DevOps to build the CICD pipeline. (Please note we are not looking for DevOps resources) Performance tuning (Autoscaling in Kubernetes (Horizontal & Vertical Scaling) Setup the monitoring before deployment New Relic GCP Monitoring tools using New Relic to set up monitoring and alerts. Automation where needed. 1. To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards. 2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. 3. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews. 4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
