Extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes 2. Strong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc) 3. Should be able to write simple SQL queries to pull various reports based on business need. Required Skills: Banner, PL/SQL, CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes Nice to have skills: Oracle Forms for Banner SME Roles & Responsibilities: Ability to schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders. Ability to analyse any system exceptions and simulate the problem /ticket Ability to co-ordinate and work with offshore development team Should be able to resolve routine business process issues raised by customer/customer care teams. Should be able to write simple SQL queries to pull various reports based on business need.
