Role : SR PRODUCT DESIGNER Location : Remote Contract : 12+ Months Job Description : Must Have: Heavy emphasis on UI and Visual Design with a high level of sophistication Must provide a portfolio of most impactful work. Commerce background a huge plus Must have an updated portfolio! Skills: Proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a min 5 years of professional design experience, including user experience design of enterprise applications. Strong online, or distributable, portfolio/work samples Experience working closely with product and technology organization Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review the results of user research Ability to take direction and implement solutions, balanced with the ability to take initiative and create solutions aligned with the direction Experience: 3-4 years of industry experience operating as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer, possessing solid capabilities across a range of design disciplines A track record for working with cross-functional product development teams to ship customer-facing digital products Defining and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform and inspire design Designing for emerging product experiences including conversational user interfaces, AR/VR and interactive 3D environments a plus Experience creating products from a user-first design approach Ability to anticipate and design for user needs by incorporating user research, data collection and analytics. Capability to build interactive prototypes Excellent presentation and communication skills Motion design and animation skills a plus.
