Extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes 2. Strong Technical knowledge on Oracle database SQL, PLSQL, Unix scripting, Oracle forms, Automic job scheduler 3. Knowledge of Banner Product Required Skills: PL/SQL, Automic, scripting, ANSI SQL Nice to have skills: Oracle Forms for Banner SME Roles & Responsibilities: Ability to schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders. Ability to analyze any system exceptions and simulate the problem/ticket. Ability to co-ordinate and work with offshore development team Should be able to analyze and provide technical solutions for different Banner processes. Should be able to help NMGC and cognizant upgrade teams with techno-functional knowledge.
