Only USC or GC can apply WE Are looking on C2C Job Title: SAP Portals Developer Job Description:- Mandatory Skills: SAP Portal , ECC6, Customer service portal development experience, IS utility, SAP. This portal will allow customers to submit service requests via website submission. Service requests should include Backwater Valve/PPID, Lateral CCTV, Cross Connection Survey, Meters/Meter Pits, FOG/SIU/MIU Inspections, Service Issues (W- Color, Taste/Odor; S- Backup, Smell). Each service request notification generated shall identify the specific type of request and allow the customer to suggest a service date and time window. The service request will then trigger the creation of a work order within SAP ISU. The link to SAP will be bi-directional to enable portal updates from the ERP. Customers should have the ability to log into the portal and monitor the status of their service request. The right candidate will possess 10+ years of SAP Portals experience including strong experience developing customer service portals within ECC 6 environment and effective customer facing skills. -- Keywords: business intelligence information technology green card |
