Applicableindustry and safety codes and technology standards. Principles ofproject management, task completion and resource management. MicrosoftOffice, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio. Team formationand execution; how to motivate teams. Cost-benefitanalyses to recommend the most effective solution.
