Role: RWE Data Analyst (SQL) Type: Contract Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Mandatory Skills: SQL, Commercial and/or clinical focused knowledge in Pharma and /or HC, Business intelligence (BI) - any reporting tool JD Industry experience in working with HC claims/pharma RWE data is required. Should support to initiate and drive HC claims/pharma data analytics. Should be able to drive backlog of hypotheses to be tested against HC claims/pharma data. Translate business needs to technical specifications. Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools) Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI) Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses. Create visualizations and reports for requested. Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Python, R, Excel & PowerPoint. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude RnR: Mediator between client internal BA and developer Understand client domain and closed ended healthcare claims. Guide team members where necessary to reach to conclusion in their analysis. Be responsive and always connected with client to understand evolving needs of analysis. Ability to pull in/take in additional responsibilities, analytics etc. targetted towards increasing team size - onsite/offshore. Be closely connected with Delivery Lead to discuss on leads and opportunities.
