The project will be developing a browser- and mobile-capable app that connects to our Kronos timekeeping system and provides information to Employees about their hours worked. The Tech Lead has drafted the following requirements: Skill set needed for hiring new developer. We need a full stack developer who knows both front end and back end. Experience with Amazon AWS core and cloud services such as EC2, S3, SQS, SES, Kafka, cloudfront, and RDS. Proficiency in language from our stack: Python, Node Js and Java Knowledge of JavaScript frame works such as React and Angular. Preferably React . Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.). Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch. Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation. Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications. Experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda.
