Responsibilities include administering and supporting identity and access management systems, applications, and Integrations. Assignments include working with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Directory Server (LDAP), and Federation module. Daily work requires completing work assignments with one or more of the aforementioned software, while collaborating with the project team, customers, product support team peers, and management teams. Investigates problem areas.
