Job Description: Must Have: 6+ years of experience with IT development projects on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience with using JIRA and ServiceNow or similar bug tracking and project management tool. Experience facilitating sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint demos, retrospectives and backlog refinement Experience with reviewing story analysis to determine conditions of satisfaction and the impact to other systems, projects, domains, and operational teams Experience with managing the evolution of the User Story and other backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, facilitating story refinement sessions, and getting agreement on the definition of done Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification or SAFE Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not -limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel. Nice to Have: Experience leading multiple Scrum teams Experience in Service Now with running Agile processes.
