Business Analysis Expertise on Workday Location: Hybrid ONSITE in Princeton, NJ (2/3 days in office) Job Description: We are actively seeking a proficient Business Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM (or any similar HCM) integration experience to augment our team. In this role, you will take the lead in upholding and enhancing enterprise's Workday ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in advancing Global Finance & HR Transformation endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Penetrate the operational frameworks and commercial ambitions of Business Units to ascertain potential support through streamlined HR and Workday protocols. Champion business requirement collection via interviews and workshops with stakeholders and business units, steering the process from conception to resolution. Lend support to multiple business functions and units by elucidating their operational needs and translating these into functional prerequisites. Generate and uphold comprehensive business requirement documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) as well as procedural documentation including data streams, diagrams, and visual aids that underpin requirements. Detect and tackle system-related challenges, delving into research to resolve problems, errors, and inconsistencies. Forge synergies with IT teams to seamlessly integrate Workday with other enterprise systems whenever necessary. Solve technical and procedural quandaries impacting the HR landscape. Coordinate with diverse cross-functional teams to devise remedies that enhance company operations.
