Mastery of user experience and interaction design: Ability to identify and mock-up a range of user experience solutions that would satisfy the UX problem. Ability to defend the solution options in terms of user experience. Figma expertise: Ability to refine a single solution into a high-fidelity design in Figma that adheres to our structured design system. Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD and CSS is necessary for this position.
