In coordination with existing documentation (SID/TAD, etc) The resource will investigate the potential for implementing additional Inbound security controls via Transfer Rules within the Exchange Online solution The resource will engage Proofpoint and utilize personal experience to perform a full tenant health check with documented architectural review The resource will identify gaps within the ecosystem and estimate a prioritization rating based on severity and level of effort The resource will work with Collaboration Engineering and myself to identify the administrative and operational tasks related to the Proofpoint environment today This includes existing L3-L5 commitments and documented processes The resource will work with the RTE/Project Mgmt and myself to create a visual roadmap of various enhancements that remediate the prioritized gaps The resource will work to develop a transition plan regarding the ownership and operational maintenance of Proofpoint to Enterprise Security.
