Extracting information from datasets in multi-formats. This can include .csv, .xlsx, etc Working knowledge of Oracle and Sql Server databases Working knowledge of PLSql and Oracle SQL Developer Extraction of data into table form Validation, normalization, and accuracy of data Working knowledge of: Oracle Fusion Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (OBIP) Familiar with building and maintaining Dashboards, both through Oracle Fusion and Power BI Must have experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Query and Tableau . Hands-on experience in data analytics tools like Excel, SSAS, DAX, SQL Server, etc. Familiar with HTML, CSS, Angular. JS, Python, R, and other scripting languages. Build efficient source target mapping for business requirements . Skilled at writing spec sheet documents Advanced knowledge of Power BI is a major plus. Responsibilities Conduct statistical analysis of HR and/or business data to identify actionable insights. Extract and merge data from multiple sources/systems and provide ad-hoc reporting when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance and Development) to develop progressive analytics use cases. Provides weekly status reports on a variety of HR projects and initiatives. Develop and evolve scalable HR analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, models, etc.) for aligned business areas. Continuously explore supporting data to identify and/or explain strategic opportunities. Assist with building a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the HR organization. Develops, manages, and executes plans, tracks key project milestones goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of project risks and dependencies, issue resolution processes, contingency plans, and change controls. Promotes best practices and continuous improvement in processes, systems, tools and reports. Supports business partners in data tracking and validation.
