Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a persuasive, encouraging, diplomatic ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources is a must. In this role, customer service skills are critical with an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is necessary. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information systems, and relevant work experience desired. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
