Job Title : SAP Functional SCM Analyst Work Arrangement :: Remote Required Skills: Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. Experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP APO to execute demand forecasting and supply planning. Advanced SAP consulting experience with the Ability to provide technical expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing within SAP SCM supply planning functionality. Provide SCM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition in support of upgrade. Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, as necessary. Lead design of SCM interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements. This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional area as well as relevant SAP module(s), specifically in the area of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Federal government project experience required; Navy ERP experience is preferred. Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SCM module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable) Preferred Skills: 5+ years SCM experience Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix. Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills. Primary Job Duties: Provide MM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition. Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, as necessary. Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases. Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions. Define user authorization requirements. Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving MM defects (break/fix), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP MM solution and system.
