We need support accelerating our Jira workflows and automations. Team Structure & Day to Day: We have 6 associates that are responsible for logging data Use Jira for tracking data and questions from Application teams Developing the Jira workflows and routed to the appropriate team Assist in reporting development and prioritization. Top Skills: Jira Confluence Dashboard and reporting metric development Must Have: Expertise in building reports out of Jira Intake forms> processed out of Jira Creating Jira workflows, automations, and connections to Confluence dashboards to enable our team to view work, plan, and report Confluence utilized for dashboards and reporting Creating work forms to enable our team to intake, review, and prioritize requests Using tools such as NewRelic and DataBricks to work alongside our team in developing data dashboards to view log flow Assisting with managing compliance data and reviewing requests for compliance/non-compliance Assisting with tracking action items and tasks during an initiative launch Preferred SQL or Python ability but not required Nice to Have: Python SQL New Relic or Data dog or other governance tools Thanks Naveen Varma [email protected] United Software Group Inc..
