Job Title : IT BUSINESS PLANNING MANAGER Location: TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA Work Arrangement :: Onsite , 10+ Experience Job Description: Required Qualifications The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in organizational change management, communications, and learning improvements, with a focus on leading. enterprise-level process improvement projects. Solid project management skills and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project. Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Ability to adapt to and work effectively in ambiguous situations, resilience/tenacity, propensity to persevere. Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; a customer service and teamwork-oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and be a reliable source of knowledge for less experienced team members; and Prior experience working with technical IT teams and business users Preferred Qualifications The Department prefers the Candidate to have the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Relevant certification such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), AIM Change Management Certification, or Change Management Specialist (CMS); Experience with government projects and stakeholders. Proactive attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems. Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in negotiation and mediation. Demonstrated skills in facilitation and team building. Familiarity with IT standards in a criminal justice environment. Experience in managing OCM for large projects with a substantial user base; and High-energy, diligent work ethic, ability to meet or exceed deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize activities effectively.
