Someone who can drive requirements, solution design, create a roadmap for delivery with client teams and at the same time be hands-on building low level design and pseudo code for developers and drive the development teams. Candidate should either have telco domain experience OR have experience working in multi-industry verticles. The Technical Architects shortlisted should have at least 8 -10 + years of overall experience (min 2-3 years as an Architect), we are looking for fairly experienced people here who have great communication, can understand business requirements and build technical solutions , are hands-on and can write pseudo code in Java or any other object oriented programming language and lead delivery teams.
