The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data visualization, data analysis, and technical expertise in Tableau. Responsibilities: -Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements and objectives for dashboard development. -Design and develop Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. -Transform raw data from various sources into meaningful and visually appealing visualizations that effectively communicate complex information. -Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, ensuring efficient data querying and loading times. -Implement interactive features, filters, parameters, and calculated fields within Tableau to enhance user interactivity and exploration. Qualifications: -Experience within banking and/or financial domain -Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar data visualization role. -Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with a deep understanding of its features, functions, and capabilities.
