This team is focusing on the R&D phase up until RA filing. They are in a non-sterile environment working with small molecules, oral solids, liquids, topical dosage. The perfect candidate should be able to work cross functionally and communicate with multiple team members/departments. This work will be centered around supporting projects for new pharmaceutical products including; package design, tooling design, construction, testing, qualification, and support of regulatory filings. Skills/Background: 8-10 years in Pharmaceutical Packaging Experience with packaging design and development for pharma dosage forms Experience working with formulators, and proposing questions for the material (i.e.; how does it react to oxygen, light, moisture) Knowledge on how to develop plans, experiments, component sourcing and regulatory fillings Author reports and packaging related sections of RA submission documents (common technical dossier for drug product filings) Implement new packaging device technologies to help R&D goals with best practices and test methods Ability to solve packaging problems with scientific methods Education: Experience outweighs degree.
