http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=557662&uid= From: Anurag Chaudhary, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Sr. Program Analyst Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid) Duration: 11 months NOTE: The candidate MUST be able to receive a DOJ Secret Clearance if they have one, a huge plus Required Skills Demonstrate ability to express ideas, processes, and updates clearly and logically both verbally and in writing Demonstrated experience interacting and communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals Ability to provide excellent written and oral communications by email, presentation, and mobile communication platforms Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Experience in project management support Experience using business analysis skills requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, etc. Served as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years of experience A minimum of three (3) years experience maturing and streamlining processes Experience using Agile Project Management Experience supporting, creating, reviewing, and processing appropriate artifacts - e.g., schedules, test plans, sprint plans, sprint status reports, backlogs, and forms Experience conducting project meetings Experience with cybersecurity audits Experience assessing deliverables to determine adherence to established processes and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: General understanding or awareness of the nuances relative to the federal government workspace (collaboration with specialized and functional teams/areas and approval chains for work review and acceptance) and formalities that impact governance e.g., NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization and Assessment (A&A) process Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) Primary related work experience is within the Federal workspace Experience managing projects in JIRA by Atlassian Experience with flowcharting/diagrams.
