Role : Sr. Salesforce Engineer Location : Remote Contract : 12+ Months Job Description: The Salesforce developer will be part of the team that is responsible for the Salesforce Development at DQ. Our team enables continuous improvements to the application and supports our internal and external business partners. Primary Job Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into well-architected, maintainable solutions that best meet the needs and desired outcomes of the business Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and user interface elements in our application portfolio Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting our business partners. Work closely with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements regarding solutions, ensure data quality and match-back to core systems transaction results. Collaborate on the definition, development, and maintenance of standards and processes. Drive continuous improvement and automation Serve as mentoring resource for other developers. Support DentaQuest goals and objectives by working closely with management team to deliver value to the business. Other duties as needed or required. Job Qualifications - Required: BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development Created modern Enterprise Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features. Solid experience in developing Lightning Components with CSS and Design Parameters Good understanding of salesforce configuration like Flows, Process Builder, Lightning Email Templates, Workflow rules, Sharing rules Proficient in Apex and SOQL Experience with Integrations including Installed Packages, OAuth, and REST APIs Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
