Mobile Device Management: Manage and monitor mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) within the organization's network, ensuring proper configuration, updates, and compliance with security policies. Application Management: Implement app distribution and management strategies, including app provisioning, updates, and security policies for enterprise applications. Security Enforcement: Enforce security policies to protect sensitive data on mobile devices, ensuring encryption, authentication, and remote wipe capabilities. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MobileIron deployments, including device connectivity, application problems, and security incidents. Policy Configuration: Configure and manage device and application policies, such as passcode requirements, data encryption, and app usage restrictions. User Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding device setup, app installation, and troubleshooting. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of MobileIron configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, security teams, and application developers, to ensure seamless integration and support. Security Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile security trends, vulnerabilities, and patches, and implement necessary updates to maintain a secure mobile environment. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MobileIron technology, including setup, configuration, and management of MobileIron Core, Sentry, and other related components. Mobile Device Management: Strong understanding of mobile device management principles, including device enrollment, policy enforcement, and remote management. Mobile Security: Knowledge of mobile security best practices, encryption techniques, and data protection methods to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of mobile data. Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and cellular connectivity. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, applications, and network connectivity. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. Certifications: Relevant certifications on MobileIron can be advantageous.
