The Senior Product Manager- Commercial Customer Digital Journey provides thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient technical solutions. Comerica is in a unique position to begin their Digital Transformation and the reimagining of the Commercial Customer Experience from discovery to servicing is at the forefront of this transformation. This resource will act as the Product Technology Partner, facing off their Product & Transformation Heads to lead the Journey value stream. Including initial planning, technology strategy, future state architecture and the E2E delivery of products and initiatives related to the Digital Transformation. They will lead their teams to develop high level delivery plans based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other cost, and ongoing operational plans and cost). The Senior Product Manager also oversees client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded and coaches and mentors' employees.

The Senior Leader will:

Own together with their product partners the delivery and overall success of a multi-year, multi-channel customer experience transformation value stream Define and manage OKRs that deliver business outcomes and quantifiable success Formulate long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results as well as representing the team in quarterly business reviews Ensure best-in-class technical delivery of a family of products enabling excellent client journeys throughout their lifecycle

Experience with Digital Transformation / Platform Modernization efforts, developing new Digital Channels and reimagining the Customer experience in the Commercial Banking space is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Outstanding communication skills, including demonstrated experience working with senior Product, Operations, Client Service & Delivery partners, Technology & Shared functions peers will be essential to success.

The Senior Product Manager will have strong partnering and relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to build long-term roadmaps for success, respond appropriately to changes in conditions, constructively resolve problems, align competing interests, and build consensus around strategies for success.

Although the emphasis for the role is on the relationship aspect and helping our partners achieve their transformation vision and goals, engineering background and experience leading technology delivery teams is strongly preferred as this role will be accountable for the e2e solution delivery and managing the technology organization.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other relevant technology degrees or equivalent through a combination of education and/or technology experience or High School diploma or GED and

12 years of progressively responsible experience

8 years of Technology experience and proficiency

8 years of experience leading large, complex/critical technology projects

8 years of experience influencing strategy for large organizations

4 years of experience in the domain (Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits, Commercial Payments), preferably at a Tier 1 financial institution and good understanding of the products and services in this space, especially from a customer interaction perspective.
