The Software Engineer will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle on complex projects (design, development, testing, etc) for Model Based Design using Simulink and Stateflow. They will be working both autonomously and amongst clients teams and will have several opportunities for promotion and growth in a rapidly expanding company. Job Description: Make software design and implementation decisions on complex software designs Execute the development of model-based software applications and simulations to solve complex vehicle system problems and provide direct customer value Analyze requirements and develop appropriate software model designs to fulfill the requirements Design and execute automated software tests to test software models Recognize, propose, and implement process and product efficiency improvements Provide technical support to the product support functional area for field issues Required Qualifications: The candidate must have a strong background in Model Based Design or a degree in Software, Computer, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering Experience Matlab Simulink and Stateflow (at least 5 years years) Experience with MIL and SIL testing Experience with CAN/J1939 communication Experience with embedded systems tools such as emulators, compilers, and simulators Experience with control systems design and analysis on automotive or off-highway machine applications Nice to have Qualifications Experience relating to the design and diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems Knowledge of electronic circuits and components with the ability to read schematics and data sheets Experience with continuous integration development and automated build tools Experience using laboratory equipment such as Logic Analyzers and Oscilloscopes Keywords: information technology North Carolina http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=562988&uid= |
